At Rivolta Guitars, we want you to be completely satisfied with your instrument's tone and feel. If your new guitar isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Securely place the guitar in its original protective packaging and hardshell case to ensure it remains in mint condition during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and attach it clearly to the exterior of the shipping carton, covering any previous markings.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our luthiers inspect the instrument at our facility, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
